Patagonia Seafoods is a family-owned boutique company born from a deep vocation for artisanal fishing. After years navigating the wild, remote waters of southern Chile, we decided to turn our experience into a purpose-driven business — dedicated to the extraction, processing, and export of premium seafood sourced directly from the purest corners of the Patagonian ocean.

We operate our own fishing vessels — Natalia I and Aachao I — which allow us to fish responsibly and independently, ensuring full traceability and optimal freshness from sea to destination. These vessels are more than tools — they are symbols of our independence, our connection to the ocean, and our unwavering commitment to quality over volume.

With a private dock and certified processing plant in Puerto Natales, we handle every step of the journey ourselves. No middlemen. No shortcuts. Only carefully selected seafood, processed with respect for both product and environment. Our main products include the treasures of Patagonia: sea urchin (erizo), crab (jaiba), and king crab (centolla) — renowned for their vibrant color, firm texture, and clean, ocean-fresh flavor.

We are deeply inspired by the ancestral legacy of the Kawésqar people and their spiritual connection to the sea. With that same respect, we focus on sustainability, fair trade, and work hand in hand with local fishing unions and certified cooperatives that share our values.
